integrum Management Systems Pty Limited has developed a software product called integrum that is specifically designed to help organisations manage their Quality Management and Assurance requirements.

The ISO 9000 standards are a set of international quality management standards and guidelines. Since their initial publication in 1987, they have earned a global reputation as the basis for establishing Quality Management Systems (QMS).  A new process-oriented structure and a more logical sequence of the contents have been adopted in ISO 9001:2000 which was published on 15 December 2002. The principles of ISO 9001:2000 are now better aligned with the philosophy and objectives of most quality award programs.

New requirements of ISO 9001:2000 are

  • Continual improvement
  • Increased emphasis on the role of top management
  • Consideration of legal and regulatory requirements
  • Establishment of measurable objectives at relevant functions and levels
  • Monitoring of information of customer satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction as a Measure of system performance
  • Increased attention to resource availability
  • Determination of training effectiveness

integrum can be used to comprehensively manage your ISO 9001 QMS requirements. In addition, integrum is also used by many of our customers to implement their internal corporate quality management standards, even if ISO 9001 certification is not a goal of the organisation at this particular time. The principle objective of the QMS movement have always been to achieve world class performance, and integrum is helping many organisations to achieve that goal.
