Hazard/Risk and Aspect/Impact Ranking

Integrum provides the ability to quickly identify and prioritise Hazards and Risks, or Aspects and Impacts.
Compliant with the international standards of ISO (14000 and 18000) the registers allow the user to select which method they wish to use to easily rank, identify and assess Hazards and Risks or Aspects and Impacts.
Click on column headings in the Register to change the sort criteria to be by Score (High to Low, Low to High), Consequence, Likelihood, Exposure or Rank.
Hazards and Risks are created from the identification of an organisations Activities, Producst and Services. These can be cross referenced with Programs and Projects, Legal Requirements, relevant Procedures and Roles and Responsibilities. |

Applying Controls to Reduce Score and Ranking
Once a Risk or Impact has been identified, controls can be applied to reduce the score and rank of the impact and risk. If you use the risk matrix to calculate the inherent risk, then controls also calculate the residual risk using the same risk matrix.
You can also raise corrective actions within a control to track the implementation of each control.
Reviews of the value or effectiveness of risk assessments & controls can be recorded and the system will automatically notify the risk committee of significant issues raised in these reviews. Senior management can then take appropriate actions and due dilligence records are automatically logged.
